Next door to Ingram’s Edge of the Lake Restaurant at the intersection of Glendale Rd and 219 was an Amoco gas station owned by Bennett Paugh. About 1976 the restaurant closed and William Sr. and Evelyn Weissgerber along with Mel and Wynnie Eiben purchased the gas station to continue the gas station along with a restaurant. They named it Wynlyn’s. The Wyn from Wynnie and the Lyn from Evelyn. They reopened a restaurant where Ingram’s was, naming it Wynlyn’s Edge.
