In 2000 building was csutom designed by architect Phil Silky to complement the recent Visitors Center and the Foodland Fresh building across Rt. 219 which he also designed. It was built for the Shoreline Joint Venture LLC for the Deep Creek Brewing Company, which relocated from the Quarry Road. The theme was the craft beers made on site along with casual dining. A Mexican restaurant inside became the Santa Fe Grill. It is now the site of the Greene Turtle.
