Artie and Denise Hartman opened an authentic Mexican restaurant at Deep Creek. It was located at the Fort approximately where the Pine Lodge Steak House is today. The decor was Mexican/American. There were strings of dried red peppers, large sombrero hats, antiques, old bicycles, license plates and old hub caps all hanging from the ceiling and walls.
